Christmas cake 2017
One of my favourite creations so far. 2 tier cake with rich chocolate fudge cake covered with dark chocolate ganache covered with sugar paste on the bottom tier. The top tier was zesty lemon cake covered with white chocolate ganache and sugar paste.
