. - This creation is not for the faint hearted! 4 layers of moist and rich chocolate fudge cake separated by salted caramel buttercream. All this is then surrounded by a thick layer of decadent chocolate ganache topped with salted caramel drip.

$. - I enjoyed the buttercream work on this cake. It\u0027s a 4 layer lemon Madeira covered in lemon buttercream. The sweetness of the buttercream is perfectly partnered with the zesty lemon. An all round favourite 😍$

$. - I made this cake for a family members\u0027 50th birthday recently. 3 layers of light and moist vanilla sponge sandwiched together with lashings of raspberry jam and creamy raspberry ripple buttercream. The flowers are hand crafted using flower paste.$

. - 2 tiers of moist Madeira, one lemon, one raspberry and white chocolate. Lemon tier has lemon buttercream and lemon curd, raspberry has jam and raspberry and white chocolate buttercream, all wrapped in yellow fondant icing with fondant decorations.

. - I loved working with the colours on this design. The shoe is made completely from sugarpaste apart from the diamontes which aren’t edible. I have to say I’m a little bit in love with this creation 💖

$. - I\u0027m delighted to publish this photo of my 3 tier square cake design. The cake itself can be made in flavours to suit and also designs to suit. I love the simple but elegant finish to this.$
