Damage Upon Delivery
Please take a moment to inspect every order upon delivery. If there is any damage apparent to the packaging, please refuse to accept the shipment from the delivery agent, and contact us right away at the address below to arrange a replacement shipment.

If you're not happy with your product after inspection, contact us within 30 days of receipt at the address below to arrange return shipping and a prompt refund or exchange. We may request a photo of the defect or issue so we can indentify any issues and ensure the problem doesn't happen again.
